On June 22, 2 PM ET, LitNet hosted an Information Session with the Poetry Foundation about its new grants program that launched in summer 2022. The foundation committed $9 million over three years to support nonprofit literary arts organizations, including presses and publishers. As the Poetry Foundation developed the guidelines and requirements for the grants program, which were informed by conversations and feedback from its partners, it previewed the program with literary arts communities to get additional feedback before its go-live date in late-August.
