We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve partnered with the University of New Hampshire Survey Center to launch the Literary Nonprofit Compensation Survey!

The more participants, the better the results, so we’re asking leaders of literary organizations to join us in making this project as meaningful as possible.

• Advocacy Efforts: The data we collect will help LitNet and individual organizations advocate for funding to support fair compensation in the literary field.

Any literary nonprofit organization located in the US can participate, even if your staff is all volunteer. All data will remain confidential and only shared in aggregate; organization-specific data will not be shared. 

The deadline to complete the survey has been extended to March 30, 2024, 11:59 PM ET.
