In December 2021, the Poetry Foundation announced a new grantmaking strategy to provide support to the fields of poetry and literary arts. The Poetry Foundation has committed $9 million over three years, beginning in 2022.

Grant applications are now open. The deadline to apply to the grant initiatives is October 14, 2022.

The Poetry Foundation is hosting two information webinars on the new grants program and how to use the grantee portal. Register for either of the two sessions below to join.
